Your New Company

Our client has teamed up with one of the world’s leading accounting software packages – Quickbooks.They are an energetic and dedicated organisation looking for a Client Service Agent to support customers through the use of this globally recognised financial software. This is a newly created role and will take place through inbound over the phone calls and online chat services.

Your New Position

  • Provide excellent customer support to customers who are either; accountants, bookkeepers or business owners
  • Ensure that customers have the knowledge to run their business smoothly
  • Learn software and problem solving strategies to solve customer issues and continuous improvement of the organisations processes
  • Create online training material and how to guide on how to use new software.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication to inspire customers through the learning process
  • Ability to learn new software products and excellent problem solving skills
  • 1-2 years experience in a small accounting firm or small business bookkeeping company would be advantageous
  • Ability to prioritise in fast paced environments
  • Driven to resolve customer issues
