This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing diversified financial services firm located in Camberwell. Due to business growth they are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their team. Day to day this role will see you working closely with the Client Service Manager, updating and maintaining clients records, handling enquiries, administration support and reporting.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills with 1-3 years industry experience looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients regarding outstanding documents and address enquiries
- Collate and lodge client records
- Assist in setting up client entities and ensure records are up maintained and up to date
- General financial reporting
- Offer reception relief and general administrative team support
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar Client Service or Administration based role within Financial Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Competence in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
