Do you have contact centre experience within the insurance industry and want to work for a successful and well established business?

Randstad have partnered with one of Australia's most reputable insurers. Due to business growth, they require experienced claims service consultants to manage the end to end process of general insurance claims. The successful candidate will have the ability to liaise with customers and other stakeholders during the claim process and ensure all documentation follows current processes and compliance standards.

Your key duties will be:

  • Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and via email
  • Managing the end to end process of claims
  • Providing a high quality and empathetic customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of documentation
  • Handle all claims from clients in a professional and efficient manner

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • 1+ years experience working in general claims
  • Contact centre experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Work well within a team environment
  • A passion for the insurance industry
  • Exceptional customer service and problem solving ability
  • Accurate data entry skills
