Your Skills & Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is essential; call centre experience or exposure to a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to customers and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with resilience and empathy to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively under pressure
- Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous exposure to motor or property claims is advantageous, though not required
