About the Role:

You'll join a team dedicated to assisting customers with their motor claims. In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of motor claims
• Collaborating effectively with other internal teams regarding complex claims or issues
• Make key decisions regarding claims to ensure a positive outcome
• Assisting customers and external stakeholders with their enquiries over the phone
• Effectively follow, gather and interpret internal policies, customer information and documentation

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in a claims environment is ideal but not essential
• Prior customer service experience is essential
• High level attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
