One of Randstad's State Government departments is hiring for a 'Claims Administor' who has a background in customer service and contact center, stepping up to an administrative role. The Claims Administror will be reponding to all enquiries, provide claims support by entering claims payments in an accurate and timely manner, and delegating the claims to the corressponding departments. This role would be best suited to someone who has previously worked in customer service and can handle difficult and emotive situations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Active listening

- Thorough and clear data entry of the cliams

- Ability to delegate and raise the situation with relevant team members

- Ability to defuse emotive situations and assit

- Possess good written and verbal communication skills


- You may hold Administration qualifications at Diploma level or have relevant equivalent experience.

This opportunity will require the suitable candidates to be available for temporary engagement, working full time and currently on a working from home arrangement.
