• Provide leadership and overall responsibility for supervising & managing team and resources, project programming, ensuring the safety of crew members, following WHS guidelines, planning & scheduling, employee & client relations, productivity of crew members
• Interface between the company, subcontractors, external stakeholdera and the client

• Demonstrated experience working on water infrastructure projects (ideally microtunneling and shafts)
• Commitment for their own helath & safety and that of others that may be affected by their actions
• Able to manage maintenance requirements are kept to standard
• Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills along with a team-oriented outlook
