Your Essential Experience

To be considered for these strategic 2026 roles, you must possess:

• Proven Civil Project Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in roadworks, bulk earthworks, drainage, services, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate small to large crews, drive daily targets, and enforce strict safety standards.

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret plans, manage material orders, and execute works according to specifications.

• Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Construction Induction White Card (essential)

  • Current Drivers Licence (HR/MR Licence highly desirable for Supervisors)

  • Relevant Qualifications (e.g., Cert IV or Diploma in Civil Construction/WHS is highly regarded)
