    The Centre

    This lovely 70 place service located in Enfield is looking for a Childcare Educator (Certificate III or Diploma Educator) to join their team working in either the Nursery or Toddler room. The centre follows a play-based and enquiry-based learning approach with the understanding that all children are unique and capable learners. The service has large outdoor and indoor learning spaces that are purposely designed to allow children to grow and discover in a safe environment and to allow educators to seamlessly implement high quality programming. The centre is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm and is located less than a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop or private on-site parking is also available.


    The Role

    This is a full-time role. 5 days a week. As an Educator some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Assisting and working alongside the Room Leader to implement programming leading to successful learning outcomes for the children
    • Communicating positively with the children and families
    • Being reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionals
    • Being enthusiastic and reliable with demonstrated experience in providing high-quality education and care for children

    About You

    To be successful in this position you must have:

    • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards OR ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
    • Preferably 1 year experience working in childcare
    • A current Working with Children’s Check
    • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
    • Understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
