    Primary purpose of the role

    The role is responsible for the change approach for the business area, encompassing people, technology and
    business improvement initiatives and ways of working (matrix working, culture and leadership).
    The role contributes to the development of the overall strategic change program for the business area,
    developing the change and communication plan for project/s and partnering with stakeholders, project managers
    and peers across the division.

    Key accountabilities

    • Contribute to the development of the overall transformation and change strategy for the business unit.
    • Coordinate the development of current state analysis for the branch for the various change streams and
    understand the impacts of change across multiple units and teams.
    • Develop, coordinate and deliver innovative, interactive and hands-on change strategies designed to build
    change readiness for staff and the business.
    • Develop project schedules, resource plans, risk, and issue registers for project/s, and monitor and report
    against progress.Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.

    There are 3 areas to cover in this role:

    1- Project change Management assurance with the delivery teams to ensure change is planned and implemented accordingly
    2- PMO Change planning and adoption across overall Corporate IT
    3- General Corporate IT comms and change activities

    Key challenges

    • Balancing the competing needs and expectations of stakeholders within large and complex change
    projects across multiple divisions, business units and locations.
    • Making complex judgements regarding the best strategies and channels to maximise visibility and
    cascading of messaging
    • Working within tight timelines to organise the logistics of change implementation, ways of working,
    capability uplift and business readiness.

    Pay Rate to candidate $789 - $1,000.00 Daily

    Hours of work 8 max hrs a day, 40 hrs per week
