A Change Manager is required for a 12 month Fixed Term contract to deliver an entire end to end change program across a Legislative Program.

About the role:

  • Responsible for the end to end delivery of the change program
  • Responsible for developing the change plan and managing stakeholders.
  • Support key stakeholders in the awareness and acceptance of project outcomes.
  • Complete change impact assessments.
  • Highlight stakeholders, business impacts and future potential business challenges
  • Contribute to the review of initiative successes through participation in Post Implementation Reviews and tracking value of change;
  • Ensure key business changes and updates pertaining to the industry, legislation, processes and procedures are considered in line with current initiatives;
  • Promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive identification of potential issues;
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of change and change methodology
  • Strong experience in delivering end-to-end Change projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Willing to be hands on in delivering an entire end to end change program rather than ‘overseeing change’
  • Ability to be deal with ambiguity, change in role direction and focus when required to support the business needs;
  • Continuous improvement focus, with the ability to identify risk, cost efficiencies and business improvements;
  • Commercial, risk aware and outcomes focused
