We are working with a well known Energy provider to assist with the recruitment of a Change Manager for their Digital Engineering project. We are looking for candidates that have experience speaking with front line staff on a regular basis, can get the job done & work autonomously.

The change management activity relates to two programs:

Digital Engineering – our client intends to implement Digital Engineering in the planning, design and delivery of its ongoing Capital Works Program, and also during the ongoing operation and maintenance of its assets.

GIS – our client is about to start Phase 2 of its GIS Program. This phase of the program is delivering GIS systems and tools to replace its legacy GIS system, Maps. The GIS change management work will support the rollout of several GIS-enabled platforms to a number of different teams in its business – these teams include property and land management, Health & Safety and network operations.

Example of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships, formal arrangements and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to assess the readiness of the organisation, ensuring a strong commitment to change management.
