We are looking for candidates that have experience speaking with front line staff on a regular basis, can get the job done & work autonomously.The change management activity relates to two programs: Digital Engineering – our client intends to implement Digital Engineering in the planning, design and delivery of its ongoing Capital Works Program, and also during the ongoing operation and maintenance of its assets. GIS – our client is about to start Phase 2 of its GIS Program. This phase of the program is delivering GIS systems and tools to replace its legacy GIS system, Maps. The GIS change management work will support the rollout of several GIS-enabled platforms to a number of different teams in its business – these teams include property and land management, Health & Safety and network operations. Example of Responsibilities: Consult with multiple broad and diverse senior management stakeholders to identify and define the changes to processes, procedures and practices needed to achieve change and deliver planned benefits.Identify potential points of resistance to change, and develop counter to reduce resistance and address doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships, formal arrangements and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to assess the readiness of the organisation, ensuring a strong commitment to change management.Create specific change management plans, including communications and training plans to lead employees through structured change management activities so there is consistency in adopting change for every employee, project team and work unit.If you are interested in this position, please apply directly for consideration.
