Our client are seeking a talented Change Communications professional for an immediate start. Based in their stylish offices at Macquarie Park and reporting to the CEO, this senior role is responsible for designing and implementing the communication strategy, framework and tools required to support the organisation and its customers through transformational change. The successful candidate will anticipate and manage emerging issues and opportunities, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver strategic communications that support our required business outcomes and the brand.

Key Requirements:

  • Developing an in depth level understanding of the business transformation changes to create and execute strategic communications campaigns to support the effective deployment of the new operating model to drive market leading employee engagement
  • Developing innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with organisational values, culture and strategic vision
  • Define and deliver Business Transformation Communication strategy to employees, collaborating with Internal and External Stakeholders leveraging internal events and programs to maximise coverage and impact
  • Creating inspiring and engaging content, this content must make the complex simple, be compelling and develop a narrative linking the company strategy and values to all individual pieces of content
  • Creating and developing external communication strategies that aim to educate and engage our customers and market on transformational changes, offerings and benefits, further building upon brand and market awareness
  • Leveraging Global strategy, artifacts and campaigns to deliver and accelerate the impact and effectiveness of the organisation strategy and Values narrative
  • Provide communication counsel and expertise to Leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Engage with teams across the business to identify story angles and develop usable content including social posts and media pitches
  • Work closely with the business to ensure effective planning and co-ordination of all messaging
  • Support key initiatives, events and announcements
  • Develop, establish and execute Communication Plan per agreed milestones and budget
  • Develop a mechanism to achieve qualitative as well as quantitative measurement, agree targets and manage to those targets
  • Increase customer and employee engagement

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in creating and leading an internal communications and/or change communications strategy
  • Ability to create go to market communication strategies for change management that support brand awareness and sales strategies
  • Experience in internal communications and/or change communications in a corporate environment or professional services
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to manage via influence
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry's internal communication tools and strategies
  • Excellent writing skills and creative flair for content creation
