Certificate III Educator, Kingsford, 2-4 year olds

‘Learning for Life’

My client is looking for a Certificate III Educator to join their strong, long lasting team. The centre has been serving the community for almost 25 years, they are committed to providing children with the best possible start to life by working as a strong, connected team and together with parents to create the best learning environment for children.

The environment created is nurturing and supportive and ensures children develop the essential social skills to make them successful in learning. Active, healthy, lifestyle is encouraged.

The educational programme is based around the Early Years Learning Framework and emphasises key learning goals. There is a huge outdoor space which is involved in the interest based curriculum and helps to encourage a welcoming atmosphere, and a home away from home. You will be joining their 2-4 year old team.

The right candidate must:

  • Must hold a qualification in Child Care: Certificate III
  • Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning framework
  • Have previous permanent experience
  • Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written

The role:

  • Be a part of implementing excellent school readiness and educational programs
  • Encourage play based learning
  • Maintain positive relationships with families, children and staff to make the centre be a great place for all involved.
