Very exciting opportunity for a strong Director to make a real impactat a beautiful 100+ centre located in the Varsity Lakes area!

We are seeking a passionate leader, who had a proven-track record of rising occupancy through innovative and creative means. As Director, you will have strong business mindset, be professional at all times and love to establish positive and meaningfulrelationships with parents, care givers and the local community.

You will have complete freedom to run your centre as you feel fit, will be a mentor and leader of a great team, have a great budget and full support from management!

Essential Criteria

  • At least two years experience as Director in Long-Day Care
  • Demonstrated experience in start-ups or low-occupancy centres
  • A minimum of an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
  • Valid Working with Children's Check
  • Experience providing leadership and guidance
  • Passion for Children and positive behaviour management techniques


Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven track-record of raising occupancy
  • Create fun and exciting initiatives to increase brand awareness
  • Experience in leading a team and building strong team morale
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families and the local community
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead, coordinate and supervise your team of educators
  • Effective time management, people management and interpersonal skills.
