What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and financial targets.
- Forge strong connections within the local community, including partnering with families and leveraging your marketing skills to boost centre occupancy.
- Mentor and guide the team to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
About You:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Possess a current Working with Children Check.
- Bring experience in a management or leadership role.
- Demonstrate success in meeting targets and upholding safety and compliance standards.
