Centre Manager - Early Childhood Teaching Degree - Inner Western Suburbs

We have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified early childhood teacher with experience as a centre manager / director.

Join a close team of educators nurturing curious minds and encouraging proactive learning. The centre is focused on helping young learners develop their strengths and independence and to become lifelong learners through learning experiences and free play.

The centre takes great pride in providing holistic learning and development through early childhood in a safe welcoming atmosphere where learning is great fun.

The education program is based on Early Years Learning Framework which provides children with opportunities to learn and develop in their own way. The educators assist children with their understanding by scaffolding the learning process.

The Role:

  • Full Time / Permanent
  • Delivering the highest standards of early year education.
  • Develop and maintain effective collaborative and respectful relationships
  • Provide high quality care to the children and respond to their emotional needs
  • Support the development, planning and implementation of a quality educational program

Essentials for the role:

  • Bachelor of Education
  • Relevant experience working with children 0 – 5 years
  • Current Teacher Accreditation Number - NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Current First Aid Certificate relevant to the position
  • Working knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulation, Child Protection legislation and regulation and National Quality Framework
