The Role Your role will be as the Centre Manager of this 120 place service and you will develop amazing relationships with the families, children and educators, have a hands on approach and lead the team of passionate educators whilst managing day to day operations You will be approachable and have passion and drive to improve and grow the service.Responsibilities are to:Lead a team to implement and adhere to high-quality practices Motivate, support and work in partnership with the Assistant Director, Educational Leader and all educators, driving them to excel as they deliver care and educational programs to children. Have a thorough knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to implement across the service, ensuring this aligns with legislation and company policies, procedures and brand values.
