Offering a unique dual Centre Director position where you'll be empowered to run a smooth and efficient operation that puts children and parents first!

The role:
Permanent full time opportunity: Monday - Friday 38 hours per week. With relocation packages applicable depending on individual circumstances.

• Remuneration package is above award offering between $85,000 - $100,000 + superannuation!
• Personally greet families and ensure they have the best possible experience through high-quality tours and orientations.
• Recruit, motivate, and inspire a team of passionate educators to achieve best practices.
• Oversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation.
• Ensure the Centre is well presented, both inside and out.
• Navigate and interpret industry regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.

Qualifications:

• ACECQA recognised Diploma or higher qualification of Early Childhood Education and care.
• Working With Children’s check or VIT registration.
• First Aid Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate.
• Food Safety Certificate.
• Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate.
