The Centre
This small, highly reputable service based in the Inner West has been servicing the communities' children and families for many years. The centre is a beautifully restored heritage building located in a quiet street with welcoming natural outdoor spaces. This service is a part of a large non-for-profit organisation who are known for their high quality care services and inclusive educational programs. They are now looking for a new passionate and experienced Centre Director to take over the management and day-day operation of their 'exceeding' rated centre. You will lead a small team of dedicated and established staff and you will be supported by a dedicated Area Manager and Head Office with a HR team. Your role will be mostly off the floor to complete all necessary Centre Manager duties to a high standard.
They cater to children aged 0-5 years and adopt a play-based approach to learning. An outstanding school readiness program is implemented for the preschool age group to prepare children for their next step in their education. The centre has amble of all day street parking available and is easily accessible by public transport.
