We are currently seeking a passionate Director for a 65 place centre located in Lower Mitcham. This exciting opportunity is working for one of Australias top 20 employers!

YOUR ROLE

As a Director you will Build fantastic relationships with families through daily contact in person and using specialist social media tools; Working closely with your Administration Officer to building attendances through community networks, and national attraction programs.

Through daily observations, and applying your pedagogical knowledge and expertise you will ensure the individual needs of all children are met, and they are inspired to grow and develop into lifelong learners to achieve their very best.

Delivering a hands-on approach towards teaching children.

Requirements

Diploma of Children's Services or ACEQCA approved equivalent

Current Working with Children Check, first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) and resuscitation certificate.

a love of early childhood education

Passion for Children and positive behaviour management techniques

experience providing leadership and guidance the skills to lead other educators, motivating them to

excel as they deliver care and education programs

a proven ability to build and nurture respectful and mutually-beneficial relationships with children and their families

strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
