The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service representative to work within an accounts team. This will be working for a household name organisation that prides itself on looking after their employees. You will be dealing with enquiries and referring calls to appropriate members of staff within the organisation. Working a 35 hours a week, Monday – Friday (business hours).

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative will include:

· Answering inbound calls

· Ensure all information is obtained and recorded

· Preparation, data entry and allocation of ledger journals

· Process cash receipts, cheques and credit card payments

· File documentation

· Process correction invoices, journals and banking documentation

The candidate

You as an experienced customer service or call centre representative will have the ability to respond to complex enquiries and enjoy working as part of a team. You need at least 3-6 months in a call centre environment to be considered.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Experience working towards KPIs

· Worked within a call centre environment

· Great customer service and communication skills

· Experience using accounting systems will be highly regarded

· Strong typing skills

· Great problem solving skills and decision making ability
