Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning
- Lead the development and execution of category marketing strategies and plans.
- Analyze customer needs and competitor activities to inform and enhance marketing plans.
- Oversee product marketing initiatives to boost market penetration and brand presence.
Product Marketing
- Manage product positioning and messaging to communicate value and differentiation effectively.
- Develop sales enablement tools that support the sales team and drive product adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for new product launches, ensuring seamless implementation.
Marketing Operations
- Provide critical support during promotional campaigns, driving innovation to set our category apart.
- Develop and execute category campaigns that maximize supplier promotional funds.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in both visuals and messaging.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Expertise in verbal communication.
- Customer and market analysis.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
Success Measures:
- Achieve growth in EBIT and total sales.
- Successfully launch and promote new products, meeting or exceeding forecasts.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and embody company values in all activities.
