We are seeking high performing and innovative Customer Service Officers for our Brisbane CBD, Toowong and Caboolture locations.

The successful individuals will have a strong work ethics, a passion for customer service and an enthusiastic attitudes.

The position is starting on Monday, 5th March 2018 (not negotiable) with 2 weeks of full time training at the Caboolture customer service centre. The next 2 weeks you will be be buddied up with another team member for more training and then you will have 2 more weeks of training.

Once out of the 4 week training hours will drop back to casual hours per week depending on business needs.

  • Brisbane CBD/Toowong - you must be able to work between these locations
  • Caboolture

About the role:

  • Going above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service
  • Supporting other team members throughout your shift
  • Using multiple systems to record customer information and search platforms
  • Providing accurate and relevent information to customers requests
  • Performing daily administratve tasks
  • Being the first point of reference for customers seeking services

To be successful in your role:

  • Strong Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to understand and navigate around websites and search engines efficiently and effectively
  • Have the ability and mentality to remain calm in all situations to help your customer with their stressful incidents
  • Resilience is key
  • Professional, reliable and have a strong work ethic
  • Cash handling experience
