About the role

Due to extensive growth, the team requires a number of Dispute Resolution Managers with strong insurance and superannuation experience to make a difference in the life of customers. In this role, you will act as technical specialist and will resolve technical product complaints around advice, superannuation, and insurance. You will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and a strong desire to “do the right thing” by impacted customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to use industry experience to resolve standard disputes whether by negotiation, conciliation or investigation and assessment.

Demonstrated skills

  • Solid experience working in superannuation or insurance
  • Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146)
  • Ability to draft detailed, logical, well explained and comprehensive decisions in plain English or demonstrated ability to gain the necessary skills
  • Strong communication skills to be able to conduct conciliations and negotiations
  • The ability to manage multiple cases in an efficient manner providing a supportive customer focus to achieve fair and timely outcomes
  • Tertiary qualifications in legal
