Randstad's Parramatta team are looking for a CANDIDATE MANAGER to join our successful Business Support division!

About the job

Randstad have an excellent opportunity to join the successful Parramatta Business Support team working alongside a fun team of ten consultants and reporting to the Branch Manager.

This role presents an excellent platform to really develop your recruitment skills and take on responsibility of candidate sourcing and management for the team. We are looking for a highly passionate team member who will continue to drive the success of this desk and work towards collective team goals.

You will be joining a team that has had a massive year in 2017 and is looking to further lift sales across all Government accounts in 2018, with plenty of advancement opportunities.

About you

You will demonstrate professionalism, the desire to be committed to a long-term career in recruitment and be naturally driven to succeed.


You will be extremely customer focused with strong interpersonal skills; be highly motivated to help the team achieve their sales growth and ensure excellent execution throughout all facets of the recruitment process. You will be able to gain people's confidence and be a sound relationship builder, as well as uphold confidentiality, tact and professionalism when interacting with colleagues and candidates. You will also have exceptional communication skills, be able to cope with pressure and work to deadlines. If you are a driven and passionate achiever who constantly strives for perfection then we would like to hear from you.

Your drive, commitment and energy will be instrumental in your success along with your dedication to form strong partnerships and delivery of superior customer service to candidates.

Salary range & benefits
