Your new role

You will be working for a large local government organisation in an exciting opportunity. You will be joining the Customer Service team to provide exceptional customer service to Council's residents and community in Auburn , Merrylands and Holroyd. This is a full time role until the end of the year. Position is located in Merrylands.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you must have proven inbound Customer service experience and a passion for helping people. You must be confident at taking inquiries via telecommunication. You must have a professional phone manner and accurate data entry skills. You will possess the ability to maintain professional relationships, integrity and accountability with all staff, service providers and stakeholders.
