I am looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service (Contact Centre) Team Leader to join the team. To be successful, you will have a successful track record in developing high performing and happy teams.

This position will supervise the daily activities of the call centre and manages the call volume of the Customer Service and Corporate team. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to :-

  • Manage team members by building and maintaining a culture of service excellence within the team to provide exceptional service
  • Provide direction, empower, motivate and develop team in order to achieve business unit, team and individual goals
  • Monitor team and individual productivity through daily and monthly reporting
  • Identify skills gaps and ensure relevant training and action plans are developed to improve performance promptly
  • Manage team attendance and ensure all leave is submitted
  • Ensure individual and team milestones are acknowledged and recognised and high / exceptional performance is rewarded
  • Team work and co-operation amongst team members will be actively encouraged

To be successful in this role ideally you will have:-

  • 2 years+ call centre experience in a team leader capacity
  • Excellent people management skills using a collaborative approach
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Proven ability to deliver team KPI's
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt positively to change and communicate that to the staff
  • Desire to develop others to perform at the best of their abilities
  • Sound organisational skills and ability to perform required tasks on a timely basis with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills - always leading by example

Working Hours -:

Now comes the best part. You will be part of strong team of 3... so while some weekend work will be required it will be evenly distributed across your team (only one Saturday every 3 weeks!)

Mon - Thurs - 8am - 7pm

Shifts - 8am - 4:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm

Fri - 8am - 5pm

Sat - 8am - 1pm
