Great opportunity for an experienced call centre team leader, with a leading health insurance provider based in Parramatta.

Your role will be to lead , coach, develop and motivate an inbound team of approximately 12 staff. You will seek ways to ensure that your team deliver both efficient and exemplary customer service, whilst also promoting the companies products and services to meet and exceed individual, team and call centre KPI's. You will also need a high degree of computer literacy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:-

  • Managing, developing, and coaching call centre teams
  • Driving sales by ensuring staff meet individual and team KPI's
  • Communicating new developments and processes so that the team delivers effective customer service
  • Ensuring that team attendance and punctuality is effectively managed to deliver optimum levels of service
