• Part time, permanent roles in a customer centric/call centre environment
• Based in Eight mile plains with hybrid opportunities after training
• Laptop & headset provided
• 4 weeks of initial training + ongoing support

• rotating roster Monday - Saturday for permanent staff with hours rostered falling between 8am- 3pm (enjoy a week day off & Saturdays include a 50% loading)
• 5 hour shifts across a 5 day working week
• $31-$32 per hour + super!

• Customer Service experience (preferable minimum is 2 years experience). This experience could include but is not limited to: Hospitality, retail, travel & tourism, call centre etc
• Ability to respond, handle, and potentially escalate customer enquiries
• Assist with inbound call regarding claims lodgement OR servicing memberships
• A tech savvy approach, the ability to navigate systems (This will be covered in the training but experience working with computers or systems is desirable)
• The resilience to be able to undergo difficult conversation and remain solutions focused to ensure a positive outcome for customers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with effective multi-tasking skills
