Randstad are currently seeking Customer Service super stars to join our partnered clients growing call centre team!

- Part time, permanent roles in a customer centric/call centre environment
- Based in Eight mile plains with hybrid opportunities after training
- Laptop & headset provided
- 4 weeks of initial training + ongoing support
- An opened door to the world of insurance
- Career progression across a multi-layered, growing company
- rotating roster Monday - Saturday for permanent staff with hours rostered falling between 8am- 3pm (enjoy a week day off & Saturdays include a 50% loading)
- 5 hour shifts across a 5 day working week
- $31-$32 per hour + super!
What we are seeking:
- Customer Service experience (preferable minimum is 2 years experience). This experience could include but is not limited to: Hospitality, retail, travel & tourism, call centre etc
- Ability to respond, handle, and potentially escalate customer enquiries
- Assist with inbound call regarding claims lodgement OR servicing memberships
- A tech savvy approach, the ability to navigate systems (This will be covered in the training but experience working with computers or systems is desirable)
- The resilience to be able to undergo difficult conversation and remain solutions focused to ensure a positive outcome for customers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with effective multi-tasking skills
