The role:

• Rotating roster from 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday (no weekend work!)
• $41,800 plus super plus permanent benefits like sick leave and annual leave
• Inbound calls relating to basic customer enquiries
• Administration and compliance follow-up
• Working in a large contact centre
• Working through multiple screens to update information
