Randstad are looking for switched on and motivated customer service representatives, with a passion for early education. Candidates with an understanding of the early childhood sector will be highly regarded for this role. Our client is a leader in the field, with a number of exciting vacanies within their very warm outbound contact centre.

This position is not your usual outbound environment, instead you will be measured on conversions and your ability to provide positive and lasting customer experiences.

Duties include but not limited:

  • Warm outbound calls
  • Following up on leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work to KPI's - conversions rather than number
  • Promote company values
  • Database management
  • Building report with customers
  • Problem solving and providing solutions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Experience in a similar sales or customer focused role
  • Have a strong commitment to work
  • Able to apply basic sales and marketing techniques
  • Highly-skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
  • Be a results focused individual with excellent professional presentation
  • Good relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual and reliable
