Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Melbourne CBD and Ballarat - please put your desired location on your cv
Hours: 8:30- 6pm (available to work in between those hours)
Minimum hours: 25 hour per week, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday work
Contract Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extensions
Hourly Rate: $34.59 per hour + Super
Job Description:
Randstad is servicing an agency in the Transport sector to find talented, dedicated and professional Call Center Representatives. This role involves resolving customer enquiries within the Contact Centre via phone, ensuring timely, efficient, and policy-compliant service that meets customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Answering and managing incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing accurate information and assistance to callers.
- Documenting call details and maintaining records.
- Resolving inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of call center processes and procedures.
Key Capabilities:
- Perform tasks according to established policies and procedures.
- Operate under general supervision.
- Resolve issues by interpreting and applying rules and processes.
- Organize work to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide advice on policies and procedures to the public and colleagues.
- Guide and support less experienced employees.
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory 2 X Covid vaccination
- Ability to get a police check
