Our client operates within the natural gas industry and has a permanent requirement for a fantastic call centre professional. The role is an inbound call centre position dealing with members of the public, retailers and number of different stakeholders. If you have a passion for customer service, strong attention to detail and a professional and friendly attitude we would like to hear from you.

Role and Duties:

  • Answer inbound enquiries to provide first call resolution
  • Use multiple systems to research information
  • Answering email enquiries and relevant correspondence
  • Update and input information into multiple databases and CRMs
  • Occasional outbound calls to clients and relevant stakeholders

Successful Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years call centre experience
  • Ability to pick up information and systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Committed, reliable and punctual
  • Strong communication- both verbal and written
  • Experience within the Natural Gas/Resources Industry is desirable but not essential


  • Fantastic Salary - $57,000 and 10% super
