• Customer Service experience (Call centre experience is highly regarded)
• Ability to respond, handle, and potentially escalate customer enquiries
• A tech savvy approach, the ability to navigate systems (This will be covered in the training but experience working with computers or systems is desirable)
• The resilience to be able to undergo difficult conversation and remain solutions focused to ensure a positive outcome for customers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with effective multi-tasking skills

• Working holiday visa's are welcomed for the full-time 6 month contract (possibility of extension and/or permanency).
• Permanent residents only for the permanent position full-time positions.
