job description

Are you a customer service-focused individual with recent experience in high volume inbound or outbound call centres? Do you possess a current knowledge of the education sector and/or Government departments? Randstad are looking for you, for an available position within a Government department.

Your fantastic customer service background, coupled with a vibrant, can-do attitude will see to your success for our available customer service position.

Start 2019 with success and apply if you possess the following:

  • Experience in an inbound call centre within the last 2 years
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, concise and friendly verbal communication
  • Previous experience within Government departments or Education desirable
  • Full Time Availability Mon - Fri

Your tasks will include:

  • Resolve customer disputes
  • Provide knowledge and recommendations/solutions to customers
  • Handle a high volume of calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Utilise multiple systems
  • Complete email queries and additional administration tasks
  • Build and remain up to date with Government knowledge
