    Randstad is taking expressions of interest for upcoming call centre roles with various State Government clients in Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas (north and south). We are seeking applicants who have previous experience in a call centre, strong computer skills and strong experience in providing excellent customer service.


    Key duties may include:

    • Perform administrative duties
    • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
    • Taking inbound calls and sometimes outbound
    • Have a sound knowledge in computer systems
    • Provide quality customer service
    • Actively contribute to a fun workplace environment
    • Maintain high level of accuracy of all customer information

    Key requirements:

    • Previous work in a high volume call centre environment
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Sound computer skills
    • Must have a valid ID eg Driver’s License
