We currently have multiple opportunities with a large State Government body for passionate call centre consultants. If you enjoy providing top level customer service and want to be rewarded with training and development, then this is the role for you!

Role Duties

  • First point of contact for public enquiries - providing information & switchboarding
  • Managing difficult callers and providing a high level of customer service
  • Accessing databases to locate accurate information to relay
  • Navigating in a dual screen environment (if required)
  • Touch-typing to record data and information


  • Previous call centre experience is highly regarded / must have a high level of customer service
  • An ability to manage difficult customers and diffuse over the phone
  • Ability to work around flexible rosters - Brisbane and North Side location
  • Ability to work in a non-scripted and scripted environment
  • IT and computer navigation skills - touch typing, using databases
  • A high level of resilience and empathy
