Full Job Description

Are you a motivated call centre agent looking for your next opportunity? This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain valuable experience within a global online florist taking orders for Mother’s Day. We have multiple consultant positions available and are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated candidates to on a temporary basis from the comfort of their own home. Full training provided.

This is a great role to gain strong experience dealing with a variety of customers. With previous customer service and call centre, this will be a great chance for you to work from home and expand your skill set. Using your sales skills and of course customer service skills you will be able to help customers order the right flowers for each and every situation.

Our client is currently seeking applicants who have call centre and sales experience and have the ability to work from home. This role will commence training on April 15th part time and will move to full time hours over the week leading in to Mother’s Day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking over the phone orders for flower bouquets and arrangements
  • Demonstrate sales ability to upsell and learn product knowledge
  • Processing of orders via online system
  • Ensure you are providing exceptional customer service at all times

Hours:

15th April – 18th April: 9am – 3pm Training (part time)

22nd April – 3rd May: 9am – 12pm or 2pm – 5pm (part time)

6th May – 15th May: Available between 7am – 7pm for full time shifts (Monday – Friday)

Skills & Experience

  • Call centre 2+ years experience is essential
  • Will need to demonstrate willingness to learn and high motivation
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Exceptional sales skills
  • The desire to work from home and be able to provide own laptop with webcam feature
  • Confident in using multiple systems
  • Must have full work rights in Australia
