Our client is currently on the lookout to add some administrative support to their growing tech sales team. Their call centre plays a critical role in their success and they are looking for the perfect candidate to help unlock the potential of their existing team.

This role is intended to be an essential part of the back end operations of the office. Helping to alleviate the pressure currently on their sales and success teams by assisting to manage the administrative work-flow as well as managing correspondence with predominately government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and customer success team.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry and document management.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to government clients.
- Assist with presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience provide administrative support to a sales team.
- Experience working in a call centre environment.
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite.
- Proactive attitude and a mindset of wanting to help the team grow.
