Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be a customer service leader driving high end quality customer service at all times
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with clients
  • Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results driven and self motivated
  • Establish reporting structures and KPI’s and provide reporting to clients
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Manage and work with a team
  • Report efficiently to Account Director for, campaigns, clients and potential opportunity
  • Campaign management, managing workflow between yourself and the client

Skills & Experience

  • Experience is prefered
  • Possess full working rights in Australia
  • Call center environment experience
  • High level of organisation skills
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy
  • Attention to detail
  • Motivated and outgoing
