The role is a permanent position looking to take on an awesome manager to effectively run the front of house operations of a well known cafe in the Illawarra.

This will involve training, recruiting, managing and rostering staff in addition to looking after operational obligations such as ensuring replenished consumables are maintained through suppliers and negotiating to get the best possible deals and in some cases looking at alternative suppliers.

There may be a requirement for the successful person to also assist in cafe functions such as serving coffee and purchased food especially during the busiest parts.
