Role of Business Unit Director

  • You will be responsible for leading & motivating the oncology business unit team
  • You will maintain and drive a high performance culture
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans
  • You will develop and maintain key customer relationships
  • You will identify new business development opportunities
  • You will be responsible for all financial analysis
  • You will maintain regular communication and relationships between all internal and external stakeholders
  • You will encourage and advocate the work of the oncology business unit through various public relation activities

To be successful in this role

  • Success in this role will come from leveraging your background in a business unit manager or senior sales/ marketing position
  • You will have experience within oncology or similar disease state
  • Ideally, you will have launch experience
  • You will be a strong, hands on leader with a proven track record in developing and driving high performing teams
  • You will be a strategic thinker with an innovative mindset
  • You will have clear communication, be collaborative and make decisions decisively
  • You will not be afraid empower by taking risks and have an aspiration to transform the business unit
