The opportunity:

As a Business Support Officer you will provide quality and professional support to planners, organising meetings and travel, managing timetables and appointments. You will also support information gathering with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support participant enquiries and provide guidance.
  • Assist with research and reports as directed.
  • Manage travel bookings, fleet and accommodation for planning teams.
  • Provide thorough information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work under limited direction to provide administrative support.
  • Management of email and appointments.
  • Coordination of appointments with the use of Agency office facilities.
  • Undertake a range of data entry responsibilities.
  • Receive and record complaints and other feedback in the Agency data base.
  • Administration duties as required.

To be successful for this role, it is essential that you have:

  • It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience in the field of disability.
  • Working with childrens check.
