Business Support Officer

  • 3 - 6 month assignment

Randstad is proud to partner with a leading utility company to deliver expert HR solutions across multiple categories including clerical and administration, finance, accounting, professionals, ICT and industrial.

Located in the Northern suburbs, this role aims to support a large team and the Manager in one of Adelaide’s largest manufacturing and transport companies.

Will require experience in the following;

Key objectives:

  • Update and edit documents in Microsoft office suite.
  • Data entry in Microsoft office EXCEL.
  • Working with SAP in a data entry aspect.
  • Working with the team and assisting with administrative duties.
  • Basic administration duties.
  • Customer Service.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
  • Experience in SAP or similar data entry systems is a must.
  • Business support experience.
