Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next career move? Join a growing team as their Business Support Officer. There are opportunities currently available in Adelaide’s Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs and CBD.

You will be joining a federal government department that is different to most. It is growing and at the same time, creating its own identity. Focused on developing innovative programs that will help the community. At the same time, creating an exciting and innovative work environment for employees.

Your new role

As our business support officer you will be responsible for providing administration officer support services. As the first point of contact to our customers, you will need to have a commitment to providing a high level of customer service. You will be someone that is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load.

Task will include, but not be limited to the following;

  • Appointment management,meeting support and manage travel itineraries
  • Coordinate communications, taking calls, emails
  • Prepare internal and external business documents
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Data entry and administration tasks
