Business Improvement Manager

Lead a proactive team to drive organisational improvement across Regional NSW.

  • $429.65 a day + Super
  • Work from home
  • Contract until April with possibility for extension

The Role

As the Business Improvement Manager you will be working with this government department to provide analysis, advice and the formulation of innovative business improvement solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements which will consider people, processes, technology and support improvements within change management frameworks.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Making process improvements in relation to time, cost and quality
  • Facilitating workshops
  • Data analysis
  • Stakeholder engagement both internal and external
  • Establish, monitor, implement and evaluate practices, systems, procedures and policy

Please note: Whilst this role is working remotely. You must live in NSW as the head office is based in Orange.

The candidate

You as the successful person for this role will come from a Business Improvement background who will be able to meet the essential requirements for this role which are:

  • Previous experience leading a team to implement strategic business improvement
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non technical stakeholders
  • Experience formulating and deploying strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Government experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
