Work for a market leader telecommuncaitions company in the enterprise division selling mobility solutions who continuously develop and expand strategic products in the Consumer Electronics division.

Since they first won top global market share in 2006, exceptional technology and innovative design have strengthened their unrivaled leadership in flat-panel TVs and monitors.

They require a highly motivated self-starter who can help build out our enterprise mobility strategy and execute on it.

This is a direct senior selling role where you will focus on selling mobile products and solutions to C-level and senior business leaders.

The role:

  1. Deep industry knowledge of the agreed industry verticals set by management:
    The Business Development Manager will understand all industry trends, key customers within the set verticals, will understand the ecosystem of partners and develop relationships within this ecosystem including System Integrators, Specialised Channels, Value-Added Resellers and Carrier partners. The Business Development Manager will also understand the key solutions which bring differentiation to the Samsung enterprise mobility value proposition
  2. Build a GTM strategy and execute against the plan with support from the broader IM / IM B2B team
  3. Understand the key challenges / requirements to be successful within set verticals
  4. Possess strong business acumen / entrepreneurial skills
  5. Understand the customer’s channel model i.e. Carrier vs Non-Carrier
  6. The Business Development Manager must be proactive and possess a ‘hunter’ mentality
  7. Understand IM processes / polices
  8. Achieve and exceed quarterly Sell-In revenue targets
  9. Achieve and exceed quarterly Sell-Out revenue targets
  10. Achieve all MBO’s set by management

  • Proven ability to close complex deals
  • Proven ability to work with partners
  • Proven ability to develop industry vertical go to market plans
  • Proven ability to build and execute on account plans
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Outstanding communication/presentation skills
  • Affiliation with smart technology
  • Affiliation with the Enterprise marketplace
  • Experience working in a start-up or less structured environment
  • Ability to form and maintain and optimize relationships from C level down
