About the company:

Our client is a corporate travel company who have recently merged with a global business who are headquartered in the UK. Their clients are predominiately within the professional services sector, however they have a presence with all industries that require significant corporate travel requirements. Present in thr UK, USA, Canada, Germany, France, Dubai and Singapore, this business truly has a global reach. As a point of difference, this business utilises their own bespoke front and back end software and focusses on true individualisation of service dependant on the customers needs.

About the role:

You will responsible for converting relevant leads into new clients. Due to the recent merger, there will be extrensive opportunities to work with the Australian subsidiaries of the global accounts the company is already working with. You will be involved in both local and global tender processes whilst prospecting natioanally for new business. Whilst there is a small amount of pure new business, this role is more focussed on converting leads; this role is aimed at a hunter. You will be working as a team of 2 amongst a business of 40, this team is expected to double in size in the next three years. You will be reporting to a very successful Sales Director who was a major contributor the the success of the UK business.

About you:

In order to be successful in your application for this role, it is imperative that you have new business development experience as well as corporate travel; ideally you will have been in sales within this industry but open to other backgrounds. You will be self motivated and energetic and believe in quality over quantity.
