We are working with a well known Digital Consultancy here in Melbourne who have a dynamic product suite that is allowing businesses to transform and improve digital processes. The company have great plans to grow within ANZ and this person coming in will have the opportunity to spearhead growth throughout Financial Services. With strong relationships with Tier 1 clients, they are looking for someone who is hungry to identify opportunities and close business.

As a Enterprise Account Executive, You Will

  • Develop and maintain an efficient prospect pipeline to identify and generate opportunities for new business and revenue
  • Manage the full sales process
  • Acheive quota $2-3M first year.
  • Target companies within Financial Services (Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and financial providers)
  • Promote the company’s services and product solutions, especially with regards to Digital Transformation.
  • Be a true consultant and work with various client stakeholders.
  • Build knowledge and awareness of competitors within the market - highly advantageous.
  • Form long term relationships with prospective clients and customers.
  • Perform duties in an efficient working manner and be goal oriented in your approach.

To be successful in this sales role, you will possess the following skills and traits:

  • Experience having sold into Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of low code technologies (ie. OutSystems)
  • Experience selling into Tier 1 Banks.
  • Proven hunter.
  • Knowledge of developing and delivering enterprise level deals $1m plus.
  • Understand importance of relationship management
  • A willingness to go above and beyond
  • Experience working with remote IT/Delivery teams
  • A proven record of hitting and exceeding targets.
